Family Industries’ Print Division was scaling fast, but had no dedicated internal tools or customer portal, relying on manual processes and repeated back-and-forth with clients.
Scope
Established the visual identity for Family Industries Print
Created design system foundations (color palette, typography scale, spacing system)
Designed reusable UI components for future internal tools
Ensured system consistency with the LIVE brand while giving PRINT a distinct, professional tone

Goal
Build a modern, scalable design system and component library to bring consistency, clarity, and efficiency to Family Industries’ internal tools and future customer-facing portal for the new PRINT division.
Support a public-facing experience to showcase past projects and help customers self-discover options in the near future.
Success Metrics (Target for V1 Launch)
Decrease “What are my options?” emails by 75%.
Cut quote turnaround time to < 24 hours (currently 3–5 days).
